Nyway time to change topic to software...Recently i came across a different trend.
Happened when some extra talented and highly qualified . It is quite natural for the interview panel to get impressed. And one might get confused after knowing what had happened. The interviewing panel rejected him sighting no cause. That person just cannot reconnect to the immediate past...
And the Most Respectable Panel said " You deserve this highly paid job but we are not going to appoint you in that highly paid position." But you are required because you should be the cutoff thing for other people desiring for this position..Strange....
